RL Recruiting was established in 2021, with corporate offices just outside of Houston, TX.  We are a 100% woman-owned business specializing in staffing and recruiting service. While we have many clients on the large side, our niche is reaching small to mid-size companies who previously thought utilizing a staffing company is too costly or would not fit their needs. We strive to provide a more personalized touch to these clients.  It is clear that many could utilize tools to connect qualified candidates with employment opportunities that meet their needs and desires.
